ABOUT SWETEACH
Bridging the gap between international talent and Swedish working life.
SweTeach helps organisations create the conditions for international professionals to communicate well, feel included and contribute fully in Swedish working life. Our work started with language training and has grown into a broader approach to communication, workplace culture and intercultural understanding.
Why SweTeach?
SweTeach started from a simple observation: many international professionals needed a different kind of language training. Not generic course material, but practical support built around the situations they actually face at work.
Over time, it became clear that language is only one part of the picture. Workplaces also need support with communication, cultural understanding and the everyday interactions that help people work well together.
Practical
Built around real workplace situations, from meetings and emails to feedback and everyday conversations.
Relevant
Adapted to the organisation, the participants and the communication they actually need at work.
Professional and friendly
Clear, structured and efficient, with a tone that helps people feel safe enough to practise and participate.
